Estate Review and Assessment

If you have Wills, POAs and/or Trusts in place, but would like a fresh set of eyes on your estate documents, we are happy to review them for you and provide our honest assessment as to their ability to achieve your goals.  Perhaps your documents were drafted a number of years ago, or you may have experienced certain life events since they were prepared which make you wonder whether your documents remain relevant and appropriate in light of these events.  It may very well be that no changes are necessary and we will advise you of this.  However, if, in our opinion you could benefit from an update to these documents, we can certainly assist you with any necessary changes.
